Additional Information:
- During the year, machinery costing ₹ 1,00,000 (accumulated depreciation thereon ₹ 70,000) was sold at a loss of 20%.
- Equity Shares were issued at a premium of 15% on 1st April, 2022.
- Additional debentures were issued on 1st October, 2022 at a discount of 10%. The company wrote off the discount on issue of debentures from Securities Premium.
- Interim Dividend paid during the year amounted to ₹ 25,000.
- The company proposed Dividend of ₹ 40,000 and ₹ 50,000 on equity shares for the year ended 31st March, 2022 and 2023 respectively.
