Shweta, Divya and Nidhi are partners sharing profits and losses in the ratio of 5:3: 2. Divya retired and Shweta and Nidhi agree to share future profits and losses in the ratio of 3 : 5. At the time of Divya’s retirement, Debtors and Provision for Doubtful Debts existed at ₹ 38,000 and ₹ 4,000 respectively. All debtors are good.
