The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has opened the application window for students to obtain a photocopy of their evaluated answer sheets for the CBSE Class 10 Result 2025. Students not satisfied with their marks can apply for re-evaluation or verification only after securing a photocopy of their answer sheet.

Re-evaluation & Marks Verification Process
In an earlier notification, CBSE outlined the three-step process for students seeking re-evaluation:
- Step 1: Obtain a Photocopy of the Evaluated Answer Sheet
- Step 2: Apply for Marks Verification
- Step 3: Request Re-evaluation
Previously, students were allowed to apply for marks verification first, followed by obtaining their answer sheet and then applying for re-evaluation. However, CBSE has now modified the sequence, requiring students to get a photocopy before submitting any re-evaluation requests.
How to Apply for CBSE 10th Answer Sheet Photocopy
Follow these steps to request a photocopy of your answer sheet:
- Visit the CBSE official website – cbse.gov.in
- Click on the “Apply for Answer Book” tab – This will direct you to the request section.
- Log in using your credentials – Use the same login details as required for marks verification.
- Pay the processing fee – ₹500 per subject.
- Download the scanned copy – Once processed, your answer sheet photocopy will be available in your account.
📌 Important: The examiner’s identity will remain concealed for privacy reasons. Students must obtain the photocopy before applying for re-evaluation.
